Q: What if we need longer coverage than we initially agreed. Can you do overtime?

A: Sure, I am happy to stay as long as you need me. The overtime cost £200/h. I will send an invoice for the total hours after the wedding. 

Q: How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

A: Most couples book me 6-12 months in advance to secure their date, but we recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve set your wedding date to ensure availability. I did weddings with 1 day notice and I also have bookings for 2 years in advance. 

Q: What is included in your wedding photography packages?

A: All my packages includes my travel expenses within 100 miles from NW7, photography and editing, plus an online gallery where you can order different prints and canvases, download your high resolution digital files as many times as you want, share your images with family and friends, run a slideshow of all the photos and keep your images backed up for a whole year. 

I also offer add-ons like engagement sessions, printed albums, extra hours of coverage and special slideshows. 

Q: How many photos will we receive, and how will they be delivered?

A: For a typical 8-hour wedding, you can expect 600+ professionally edited photos. They’ll be delivered via an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images with family and friends.

Q: Do you travel for destination weddings?

A: Absolutely! I love capturing love stories wherever they happen. On top of my normal rate, we add travel and accommodation fees.

Q: Do you have backup equipment?

A: Yes! I always bring multiple cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to ensure that nothing disrupts capturing your special day.

Q: How long will it take to receive our photos?

A: You’ll receive a sneak peek within a few days of your wedding, and the full gallery will be delivered within 2–4 weeks.

Q: Can we give you a shot list or request specific photos?

A: Definitely! While I focus on documenting your day naturally, I am happy to incorporate your must-have shots and group photos into my workflow.

Q: Do you offer engagement sessions?

A: Yes, I do! Engagement sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.

Q: What happens if you’re unable to photograph our wedding due to an emergency?

A: In the rare event that I can’t attend, I have a trusted network of professional photographers who can step in to ensure your day is covered. 

Q: How do we book you?

A: Booking is simple! Reach out to confirm availability, and I will send you a short online questionnaire, just so I have all the important information like names, dates and places. When you return that, I will send you the contract and an invoice for £50-£100 deposit to secure the date for you, and that’s all! I will send an invoice for the rest of the payment a day after the wedding.
